All the charm of a mum in arm-worn form. The Classic Garter features a small single flower with double-layer ribbon loops and your choice of bear, mascot, or double-layer custom cutout. Ties easily around your arm with a comfortable bandana or elastic. The 18-inch high-quality ribbon skirt comes in your School colors with silver or gold accent bling.
