I'm Mindy — a glue gun-wielding, coffee-fueled, mum-obsessed creator who lives and breathes Texas homecoming tradition!
With Jesus by my side, my two adorable fur babies keeping me company, and a fresh cup of coffee always within reach, I pour my whole heart into every single mum and garter that leaves my craft room. This isn't just a business — it's a passion, a calling, and honestly? The most fun I've ever had.
How It All Started
My love for mums started back in high school, making them alongside my mom — just two people, a glue gun, and a whole lot of ribbon. Years later, that same spark came alive again when I started creating mums for the peewee cheer team I volunteer coach right here in the DFW area.
Word spread fast. Friends started asking. Then their kids started asking. And before long, everyone was saying the same thing: "Mindy, you need to turn this into a business!"
So I did. And just like that — Cheerful Crafthouse was born.
What We Do
Over the past 4 years, Cheerful Crafthouse has grown into a boutique, made-to-order studio creating stunning homecoming mums and garters in all shapes and sizes — from sweet Peewee mums for the littlest cheerleaders to jaw-dropping Elite Mega mums for seniors going all out on their final homecoming.
Every single creation is built from scratch, fully customized to reflect your school colors, your personality, and your story. No two mums are ever the same — and that's exactly the point.
