Underclassmen Consultations: $35 non-refundable consulting fee Senior Consultations: $35 upfront (you'll get a $35 code to apply to your order at the end)

During your consultation, we'll discuss colors, size, customization details, activities, special touches, and timeline. You'll leave with a complete design plan and know exactly what you're ordering.
Step 3: Place Your Order
Once you've got your design plan, place your order on our website or through your consultation notes. We accept flexible payment options, including payment plans for larger orders.
Step 4: We Create Magic
Your mum is hand-built from scratch by us at Cheerful Crafthouse. Every ribbon is carefully attached, every detail is perfect, and every mum is inspected for quality before pickup.
Step 5: Pickup & Homecoming
Pick up your mum on a Sunday during our designated time slots. We'll make sure you know how to care for it, wear it safely, and preserve it after homecoming. Then it's time to shine on game day!

A: Most mums take 1-2 weeks to complete from order to pickup, depending on complexity and our current production schedule. We'll give you a specific timeline when you order.
Q: Can I pick a different design if I'm not happy?
A: We're committed to getting your mum exactly right. If you need changes within 24 hours of placing your order, they're free. We want you to love it as much as we do.
Q: What if I'm ordering for a younger student (like peewee cheer)?
