Being a Cheerful Crafthouse Ambassador is all about sharing the homecoming love — and it's simpler than you might think! Here's exactly what's required to earn your complimentary mum. The Requirements To receive your discounted custom mum, ambassadors must: Have at least 3 individuals place an order for their own mum or garter under your ambassador name by July 25th Be comfortable sharing and posting about your mum or garter on your social media platforms to help showcase Cheerful Crafthouse throughout the homecoming season That's it — refer your friends, show off your mum, and let the excitement do the rest! Can I Refer More Than 3 People? Absolutely — and we love the enthusiasm! You are welcome to have more than 3 orders placed under your name. There is no cap on referrals, so the more the merrier! What If I Don't Meet the 3-Order Minimum? We totally understand that life happens! However, if the minimum of 3 qualifying orders is not met by July 15th, ambassadors will be responsible for paying 75% of the cost of their mum by August 15th. ⚠️ Please note: The 3-order minimum is required to receive your mum at 50% Discount. We encourage ambassadors to start spreading the word early to make sure you hit your goal with plenty of time to spare! The Application Window Applications are accepted from November 1 through April 25. If you're interested in becoming an ambassador for the upcoming homecoming season, make sure to submit your application before the deadline — late applications cannot be considered! The Selection Process Once the application period closes on April 25, our team will carefully review all submissions and select a suitable number of ambassadors for the upcoming season. We look for students who are passionate about homecoming, enthusiastic about sharing their experiences, and excited to represent Cheerful Crafthouse at their school! What Happens If I'm Selected? It Varies Season to Season The number of ambassadors selected each season may vary depending on: The number of applications received The number of mums and garters we are able to fulfill during that time Because every single mum and garter at Cheerful Crafthouse is handcrafted in our shop, we are committed to making sure we have the time and capacity to give every order — ambassador or otherwise — the attention and quality it truly deserves. Why Does This Matter? We never want to overcommit and risk the quality of our work. Keeping ambassador numbers aligned with our capacity means that every ambassador mum gets the same love and care as every other order we create. That's a promise we take seriously! What Does This Mean for You? It means applying early is always a good idea! The sooner your application is in, the better your chances of being considered before spots fill up. If the minimum of 3 qualifying orders is not met by July 25, the following will apply: The ambassador will be responsible for paying 75% of the total cost of their mum, due by August 15th The individual will be ineligible to participate in the Ambassador Program in next year We never want it to come to this — which is why we encourage all ambassadors to start sharing early and often!
