The Cheerful Crafthouse Ambassador Program offers selected participants the opportunity to receive a complimentary homecoming mum while helping our small business grow and share the excitement of homecoming with others.
As an ambassador, we will design a custom mum just for you. In return, you will help promote Cheerful Crafthouse throughout the upcoming homecoming season by sharing your experience with friends and on social media. Ambassadors will also participate in a special photo shoot featuring their mum, with photos provided for use on their social media platforms.
To fulfill the ambassador role, participants are required to refer at least three individuals who place their orders with Cheerful Crafthouse by July 31st. Throughout the season, ambassadors will also receive a few exclusive goodies as a thank-you for representing our brand.
If you are interested in becoming a Cheerful Crafthouse Ambassador, please complete the application. Selected ambassadors will be notified by April 30th for the upcoming homecoming season.
To receive your complimentary mum, each ambassador is required to have at least three individuals place an order for their own mum or garter by July 15th. Ambassadors should also be comfortable sharing and posting about their mum or garter on their social media platforms to help showcase Cheerful Crafthouse.
You are welcome to have more than three orders placed under your name; however, a minimum of three qualifying orders is required. If this requirement is not met, ambassadors will be responsible for paying 75% of the cost of their mum by August 1st.
No, there is no specific grade required to qualify as an ambassador. However, applicants must currently be enrolled in high school (grades 10–12) and reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth area to be eligible.
Ambassadors receive our Supreme Mum Package. As part of the process, we will also schedule a consultation with you to ensure your mum is customized to match your style and preferences perfectly.
Applications will be accepted from November 1 through April 15. After the application period closes, our team will carefully review all submissions and select a suitable number of ambassadors for the upcoming season. Selected applicants will be contacted directly with next steps.
The number of ambassadors selected may vary from season to season depending on the number of applicants and the number of mums and garters we are able to fulfill during that time. Because each item is handcrafted in our shop, we want to ensure we have the appropriate time and capacity to give every order the attention and quality it deserves.
Each ambassador is required to have three individuals purchase a mum or garter package between April 1 and July 15. If this requirement is not met, the ambassador will be responsible for 75% of the total cost of their mum which will be due by Aug 1st. Additionally, failure to meet this requirement will make the individual ineligible to participate in the Ambassador Program in future years.
