Name Changes — Here's Our Policy You're allowed one (1) complimentary name change at no cost, as long as the request is made at least 14 days before your scheduled pickup date. What If It's Last Minute? If a name change is requested within 14 days of pickup, a small fee applies: $5 per cutout that needs to be replaced $20 maximum fee — no matter how many cutouts need updating We'll always do our best to take care of you! After Pickup — What You Need to Know Once your mum or garter has been picked up, we are no longer able to make changes to the design. So if you know a change is coming, please reach out as soon as possible! The only exception? Pickup Day & Time All mums and garters are ready for pickup on the Sunday evening before your Homecoming week! This timing is intentional — we want to make sure you have your mum or garter in hand and ready to go for any and all Homecoming activities, including: Homecoming parades School spirit events Photo opportunities with friends and family How Will I Know My Pickup Time? During the week leading up to pickup, you'll receive a text message with your assigned pickup time slot for that Sunday. Keep an eye on your phone — we'll make sure you're in the loop! Need Your Mum or Garter Earlier? If you need your mum or garter before the scheduled Sunday pickup, this must be noted at the time your order is placed. ⚠️ Please note: Early pickup requests made after your order is submitted may not be able to be accommodated and could result in your item not being completed in time. After July 25 — Full Payment Required After July 15, payment plans are no longer available. All orders placed after this date must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
